Subscription Service Agreement
1. Overview
THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND [PrimeManga], AND IT GOVERNS YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES, WHETHER THROUGH A FREE TRIAL OR A PAID SUBSCRIPTION.
Welcome to [PrimeManga] (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, using, or subscribing to any of our services, or by allowing any third party (including agents or end users) to access the services under your account, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. In that case, “you” or “your” refers to that entity and its affiliates.
If you do not agree to these terms or lack such authority, you must not access or use the services.

2. Subscription Terms
2.1 Automatic Renewal
To ensure uninterrupted access to our services, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
By subscribing and providing a valid payment method, you authorize us to charge your account on a recurring basis before the current subscription period expires.
Billing cycles may be weekly, monthly, yearly, or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
2.2 Billing Responsibility
All subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period.
You are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds or valid payment information to ensure successful renewal.
2.3 Usage Restrictions
All subscription content is provided solely for use within our applications and authorized platforms.
Any attempt to copy, distribute, extract, or misuse the content outside permitted environments is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to monitor compliance. If unauthorized or improper use is detected, we may charge additional fees or hold you responsible for any resulting damages.

3. Rights and Obligations
3.1 Account Access
We provide tools for you to review your subscription and renewal status. However, we are not obligated to issue or deliver invoices unless required by law.
3.2 Payment Processing
Upon successful payment, your subscription will be automatically extended, and the transaction will be recorded in your account.
3.3 Payment Errors
In the event of billing issues or errors, both parties agree to cooperate in identifying the cause. Each party will bear responsibility for losses caused by their own fault.
If responsibility cannot be clearly determined, liability will be shared proportionally or equally where appropriate.
3.4 Service Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service, including pricing, features, or terms, at any time due to business or technical needs. Changes will be communicated through the app or website.
Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
3.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If not canceled, the subscription will continue to renew automatically.
3.6 Pricing Adjustments
If pricing changes occur, the updated price will apply at the next billing cycle.
3.7 Price Updates
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing and billing structures at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.

4. Term and Termination
4.1 Effective Period
This Agreement becomes effective once you accept it or begin using the service and remains in effect until terminated.
4.2 User Termination
You may terminate your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
4.3 No Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.

5. Breach of Agreement
If either party violates this Agreement, the non-breaching party has the right to seek remedies in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to a competent court as designated by applicable laws.
